Ingredients
- 2 15-oz cans cream-style corn
- 1 12-oz can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add corn, milk, water and garlic powder to a medium saucepan.
- Turn heat to medium and stir occasionally.
- Add the cornstarch two half a cup of water in a separate bowl and dissolve by stirring.
- Add the cornstarch to the soup.
- Soup is ready when the soup just comes to a boil.
Notes
Serve with crackers or buns for a warm, easy meal!
