This soup is super easy, can be made with mostly pantry ingredients and make a delicious and in expensive lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 – 10.75 oz can tomato puree
- 1 – 10.75 oz can stewed tomatoes with liquid
- 1 – 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup garlic croutons
Instructions
- Add tomato puree, stewed tomatoes, cream of celery soup, whole milk and butter to saucepan.
- Heat over low to medium heat until butter is melted and cream of celery soup is well mixed in.
- Pour soup in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Return to saucepan and re-heat until hot typically 4-5 minutes.
- Serve in soup bowls topped with shredded cheese and croutons.
